For example recently a Tester with 3 years’ experience discovered a passion for development work so he is being coached into a Frontend Dev role.  The household name company is flourishing with consistent expansion so there is lashings of career advancement opportunity.

In addition to internal coaching and development you will have external training, be given time to go to conferences, work with different teams inhouse and be given time to pick up and run with the latest tools and technologies ensuring you feel engaged are progressing and having a fulfilling time.

At the moment everyone is working from home full time.  When it is safe to do so we envisage people working in the office in central London 3 days a week and working from home two days a week so everyone has a good mix and feels connected and supported.  Plus it’s great to make friends 😊

This is a genuine opportunity to work on high traffic native mobile apps, typically over half a billion sessions in a 3 month period,!!! So not small stuff 😊 At any one time there can be 100,000 people on the site.  So a great fun challenge.
